Bello e moderno stile di Lombard Street Townhouse interni da Mark Tracy degli spazi chimici

Si tratta di interni di casa a schiera su Lombard Street a San Francisco, California. progettato con stile moderno e il colore che è molto bello, sono progettati in modo dovuto la comodità per un luogo di intrattenimento. in un unico spazio, precisamente in al piano superiore e quinto è un brillante, sembra belle tappeti che hanno un colore e il motivo che è molto interessante. Il quarto piano offre una cucina moderna elegante con armadi Scavolini, accanto a un salone con camino circondato da gres porcellanato rosso italiano. Esposti in calcestruzzo si estende da cucina e salotto per la zona pranzo che si siede accanto a una terrazza di partito con vista sulla città.

Il terzo piano ospita la camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno, mentre il primo e secondo piano aperto a una zona di danza-club-come partito. Le caratteristiche di stand-out includono una passerella in acciaio con vetro pavimentazione, 160 "schermo cinematografico retrattile, bar con incorporato 80 ' s-style arcade game, LED RGB dance club illuminazione e quindici 60" piazze d'arte personalizzata e specchi che galleggiare fino le pareti e il soffitto, ciascuno retroilluminato con illuminazione a LED.

Il s'agit de l' intérieur de la maison en rangée sur Lombard Street à San Francisco, Californie. conçu avec un style moderne et la couleur qui est très beau, ils sont conçus de telle façon en raison du confort pour un lieu de divertissement. dans un seul espace, précisément sur une le cinquième et haut étage est un brillant, ressemble beau tapis qui ont une couleur et un motif qui est très intéressant. Le quatrième étage offre une cuisine moderne élégante avec Scavolini armoires, à côté d'un salon avec foyer entouré de carreaux de porcelaine rouge italien. Plancher béton exposé s'étend de la cuisine et la salle à la salle à manger qui est assis à côté d'une terrasse de parti avec vue sur la ville.

Le troisième étage accueille la chambre principale et la salle de bains, tandis que les premier et deuxième étages ouvrent à une zone de danse-club-like parti. Luxe Penthouse intérieur à Las Vegas par Mark Tracy des espaces chimiques

This is the interior design of the penthouse which is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. in the design of the penthouse designers use materials with high quality, it is because to give the impression of luxury, with many shades of color. Penthouse has the main features : include a 13’ tall by 13’ wide floor-wall-ceiling glass mosaic in an ocean blue color scheme with embedded images and bordered by a glass veneer tile. and besides that, In the middle of the centerpiece mosaic hangs a chandelier encased in a blue glass cube. A “Blue Louise” granite table floats off the kitchen island acting first as a bar elevation and then seamlessly dropping to a lower elevation where it serves as the units primary dining area. The color palette of light greys blues and greens is accented by 120 linear feet of RGB LED lighting embedded around the perimeter of ceiling throughout the entire penthouse. Mark Tracy, the principal design consultant notes, “this is a very elegant unit which can easily transition into party mode with its custom lighting features. The master bedroom shows off a 13’ tall c-shaped bed of Italian porcelain tile complete with its own chandelier. Beside the bed hangs a custom chain curtain featuring Shepard Fairey’s signature tag which divides the bedroom from the master bath. The living and main party area is crowned with a one-of-a-kind mirrored ceiling made of triangular shaped mirrors each separated by ceiling beams reflecting the lighting effects of the unit and the neon shining through the windows from the Las Vegas strip outside. The space also features a custom rug by HZL Henzel atop metallic white hardwood floors. Design began from drawing before completion of the tower in February 2009. Construction began in June of 2010 and was completed in March 2011.
